Our team at Way2Mail sends test emails daily with your email content which will be on the web portal given to you and uses mail-tester.com to analyze the email problems. This will help us to make sure that we are practically giving you the best and also guide you if any adjustments are to be made for better delivery. If we find any of our SMTP servers are causing a bad spam score, we will replace it accordingly.
At Way2Mail, we deal with 2 types of servers. One is premium and another type is dedicated servers.
In our meaning, premium servers are very high standard servers with a large number of IP addresses that are maintained by amazon, sendgrid, sendinblue, azure, pepipost and sparkpost, etc. Dedicated servers are the best servers present on various locations throughout the world provided by us.
Along with our dedicated servers, we use the premium servers to increase your email delivery. Based on recipient’s email addresses of your campaigns, our portals decide which email should go through a premium server and which email can be sent through our dedicated server.
The web portal provided to you will have dedicated options to add/maintain the unsubscribe list, hard bounces and blocklist which will help the portal to avoid sending emails to such contacts during the campaign process.
Unsubscribing through the link of the email campaign will directly add to the unsubscribe list where you can also add additional lists if you are using other email providers as well.
If you have an existing hard bounces list that is derived from your existing campaigns of other email platforms, you can upload it here to make sure you don't email to those contacts.
Blocklist is a contact set that you don't want to email for some specific reason. Sometimes you might even want to upload some positive responses to this to avoid sending email again to already responded contact.
Most of the web portals on the internet have similar features whereas you create a campaign on those portals by uploading a list, add email subject line and email body then add/select a sender address and send your campaign. Well, we have similar traditional features.

We take and set up temporary sender domains on behalf of you whereas the emails will be sent from our domains, however you will directly receive the replies for the campaigns. In this way, your domains will have very less chance of getting spam problems.
Even though the emails are received to your list from our domains, it is less likely to be visible to the recipient because your brand name (i.e., sender name) will hide the sender address.
On our web portal, You can just upload the email list using our template excel file whereas the app will do all the campaigning steps such as importing validated data, mapping email contents, mapping sender addresses and starting the campaign.
Unlike other email marketing portals, our portal has features whereas you can have dedicated sub accounts allotted/mapped with only specific products/works to those users.
Users will have access to only allotted products/works and they can send campaigns and monitor reports to those specific products/works which will be very convenient if you have more than one person doing the campaigns.
